Ark shell I think - taste between an oyster and a scallop, texture and consistency of a baby squid. It's the one that should have been moving but didn't. We saw a couple of customers poke it several times - don't know if they were expecting it to leap into their mouths though.
Okay. I give in. What's the middle one? And do I really want to know?
